Group Rules
Respectful Communication
Treat all members with respect and kindness. Discriminatory, offensive, or hateful language will not be tolerated. Constructive criticism is welcome, but personal attacks or harassment are strictly prohibited and will result in immediately removal.
Privacy and Confidentiality
Respect the privacy of other members. Do not share personal information, private messages, or content from the group outside of the group without permission. Any sensitive information shared within the group should be treated with confidentiality.
Relevant Content
Posts should be relevant to the group's purpose of empowering Black women in their professional journeys. Off-topic posts may be removed by the group administrators. Avoid spamming the group with repetitive or promotional content.
No Self-Promotion
While networking is encouraged, blatant self-promotion or advertising of personal businesses, services, or products is not allowed unless explicitly permitted by the group administrators. If you wish to share a resource or opportunity, ensure it aligns with the group's goals and benefits the community.
Constructive Engagement
Engage in discussions constructively and positively. Disagreements are natural, but they should be handled with respect and a willingness to understand different perspectives. Avoid inflammatory or provocative posts that may incite conflict.
Reporting Issues
If you encounter any issues or witness behavior that violates these rules, report it to the group administrators immediately. The administrators reserve the right to remove posts or members that violate these rules without prior notice.
