This session is designed to empower Black women to own the compensation conversations – whether it is negotiating for a new job, a raise, or a salary adjustment, you will learn 7 strategies that equip you to get the money you deserve. 

By the end of this session, participants will be able to:

2. Identify personal strengths, skills, and areas for development relevant to their career goals.
3. Learn five effective strategies for successful career management.
4. Create an action plan to implement these strategies in their professional lives.
