Strategic HR Workshop
Our company was hired by an organization that provided payroll services to a collection of independently owned medical offices. The leaders of those offices were asking for HR support but were unclear on what that meant and the specific support they needed. We created a workshop that dove into the different functions of HR and how to strategically partner with HR. Over 56 offices attended out of the 70 offices invited, 15% of those offices booked 1:1 consults for specific support services.

Strategic Leadership Change
The client was a new Chief Information Security Officer managing a senior leadership team of nine and a department of 170. We organized a two-day event where day one focused on introducing the leader's guiding vision and starting a new mission values statement. On day two, the leader presented their talent philosophy and a new organizational design, along with a critical roles exercise for talent discussions. I collaborated with the leader, HR support, and organizational design partners to create this experience.
